<li>Roll the Die: Initiate gameplay by rolling the die to determine food selections.</li>
<li>Choose a Food: Make selections from the available food items generated by your roll, prioritizing nutritious options to accrue beneficial bacteria points.</li>
<li>Answer the Trivia Question: Successfully respond to trivia queries for bonus points that aid in propelling you towards victory.</li>
